Return Policy: 

We wishes it’s customers the best shopping experience. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered/dispatched. 

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification. 

No Exchange/Return on custom made and Discounted products. 

Refund Policy: 

In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.  

We do not have a refund policy. Kindly write to us on bowsandscrunchies@gmail.com the necessary images of the unboxing video (mandatory) with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product. 

A credit note can be issued if the issue is not with the logistics handling and there is genuine defect in the product after thorough verification of the things mentioned above. 

Cancellation Policy:
